1. How safe it is to purchase in your shop?

We use 3-D Secure which is an XML-based protocol relied on an added layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It was developed by Visa to improve the security of Internet payments and offered to customers as the Verified by Visa service. Services based on the protocol have also been adopted by MasterCard, under the name MasterCard SecureCode, and by JCB International as J/Secure. American Express has added SafeKey to UK and Singapore on the 8 November 2010.

2. Why do you purchase software cheaper than official brand providers do?

Given software was bought wholesale from the official brand providers: it is free from cover, record and transport expenses. You get copies from downloaded programs which have licensed versions, but you will get no printed copies, documentation (licenses or instructions) - just files and instructions in .txt format. This software is not registered online, although you can update the most of the articles.

3. Is your software of full versions and not of upgrade versions? Do you sell upgrade software? Do I need to have a previous version of product?

We are selling FULL versions ONLY - not upgrades. You don't need to have any previous versions of the software. If you have any other versions already installed (previous ones or upgrades) you need to REMOVE them completely before you start installing our software (to avoid conflicts between different versions of the software). After un-installing you should also clear the Registry (for PC software) from the corresponding entries.

4. Can I get online updates from the producer's sites?

Yes, sure.

5. Can you send me a CD with software?

No, after the purchasing of the software you will be re-connected to the site for downloading the program. The link will be also duplicated to your e-mail.

6. What format do the downloading files have?

All the files are pack into one zip archive. After the unpacking you will see the file read me.txt and will make the installation in accordance with instructions.

7. Why can't I receive any emails from your store?

If you use free mail service and you didn't get a mail from us, it must have been sent to the folder "Spam".
In order to get mails from us you should mark the given message as "Not spam".
